The Amelia James Compensation Plan is FINALLY here!
I have been an Independent Stylist for Amelia James since July 2017. It has truly been a fun ride being a part of something from the (almost) very beginning. The sales force launched in February 2017 and when I joined there were less than 500 reps. We are still under 1000 and getting ready to grow big time. Because, well, I am just not a patient person!
As a top leader and part of the President’s Council at Amelia James, I had to keep this under wraps, so I have a big sigh of relief that the cat is out of the bag. And although the Amelia James Compensation Plan was originally supposed to be released in October 2017, this was WORTH the wait!
